Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is located near the Seattle Light Rail, making it convenient for trips to and from downtown Seattle without the hassle of driving yourself. The rooms were disappointing with cleanliness issues like a used damp towel and a gummy bear on the floor. However, the buffet breakfast was good although expensive. The Tower rooms offer a modern and spacious experience compared to other rooms that need a makeover.
My stay at the hotel had its highs and lows. The rooms were quite a walk from the lobby, with my room being the farthest away and not ready until 4:30. Unfortunately, the cleanliness left much to be desired with dirty towels, carpet stains, and soaps not refilled. On the bright side, the service was a mix of negatives and positives, with some staff being unpleasant towards tourists but others being helpful and friendly, offering warm cookies and a complimentary newspaper. The location was convenient for airport access, although the hotel itself lacked presence. The dining experience was decent, especially with a wide selection of breakfast options in the coffee shop. The facilities at the hotel were sufficient, catering to basic needs.
Staying at this hotel was a comfortable experience with clean rooms, although some were not ready upon arrival. Don't expect much of a view unless staying in the tower above the 4th floor. The location was convenient for airport access, and the buffet breakfast, while good, was on the pricey side.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On the plus side, the room had a nice view of the lake, which was perfect for relaxing after a busy day. However, the location was a bit inconvenient, being far from the entrance. At check-in, we were offered an 'upgrade' for an extra $53 per night to a room closer to the lobby.
